The night kicks off with a live set by Shjaane Glover, an emerging local singer-songwriter who's quickly becoming the talk of the town & whose soulful melodies will set the stage for an evening of inspiration.

Following a brief intermission, dive into the emotional depth of Butterfly Tongue, an extraordinary one-hour play written and performed by Owen Sound's poet laureate emeritus, Richard-Yves Sitoski. Discover the poignant story of a small-town foundry worker whose life is transformed by a chance encounter with Susan, a homeless woman at a bus shelter. As their worlds collide, Susan’s courage and vulnerability ignite a spark of hope and love in him that transcends their struggles.
